維基百科介紹:躁鬱症（英语：bipolar disorder，亦稱雙極性情感..疾患，早期稱為躁狂抑鬱疾病），是一種精神疾病，特徵為患者會經歷情緒的亢奮和抑鬱[1][2]。情緒亢奮期（躁期）可分為「狂躁（英语：Mania）」或是「輕躁狂」，兩者的區別在於是否影響生活及工作和是否出現精神病症狀。於狂躁期，患者感到或表現出異常開心、有活力、易怒[1]，常會做出不計後果的決定，對睡眠的需求也往往會減少[2]。於抑鬱期，患者會哭泣、缺乏與他人眼神交流、對生命萌生負面看法[1]，也有自殺的可能。病史長達20年以上的患者，其自殺風險超過6%，自殘風險則約30-40%[1]。躁鬱症也常伴隨焦慮症以及藥物濫用等心理問題[1]。

一、何謂憂鬱症?最常見的症狀如下:
1.憂鬱情緒:悶悶不樂、面露愁容、哭泣、易怒。
2.生活失去平時的興趣或樂趣、性慾減低。
3.認知及動作遲鈍:反應遲鈍、記憶力變差、無法專心、猶豫不決、生活懶散、生活及工作能
力減退。
4.食慾不振、體重減輕。
5.失眠、經常凌晨醒來。
6.疲倦及四肢無力。
7.躁動不安、手足無措。
8.自責、罪惡感。
9.無助、無用、無望。
10.自殺念頭或企圖。
11.其他:酒精濫用、慮病(過度注意身體症狀，擔心患有重大身體疾病)。
12.另外憂鬱症病患，也常合併有明顯焦慮症狀，如恐慌、莫名的恐懼、心悸胸悶、頭暈及全

昨日20151217弟弟傳來乃河先生往生，今日20151218出殯，人那時走都不知道，何况年紀大的長者?
從小父親口中的大師，大師，後來才知是代書這行業的職稱，與我聽到的大師是不同。但是代書所辦理的都是土地、房屋買賣或繼承，都是大手筆，只有大師級才能鉅細糜遺的處理完成，辦完後也未曾聽過有後遺症，可見信用口碑也令人滿意。温文儒雅、和譪可親，善於招待，如沐春風。相處半世紀，能有這位長輩，也是一種福氣！
