泛官股的台北捷運公司共15席董事，交通部可推派2席、新北市府1席，其餘12席由最大股東北市府決定；而北市府12席這次有2席交由北捷工會提名，10席由市府指派。
已確定的8席分別為李文宗、市府副秘書長陳志銘、捷運工程局長張澤雄、交通局專委黃惠如、公司現任總經理顏邦傑、淡江大學運輸管理系教授張勝雄、宏碁公司前執行長翁建仁、科技業產業背景豐富的蔡士傑。
新任董座李文宗原在矽格公司擔任董事。

Early life and education
Thorne was born in the Miami suburb of Pembroke Pines, Florida, to Tamara Thorne (née Beckett) and Delancey Reinaldo "Rey" Thorne. She has three siblings who are also actors. Her father, who was Cuban, died in 2007 in a traffic accident. On her maternal side Thorne is of mostly Italian ancestry, with some Irish, English, Welsh, and German. Thorne has said that she was raised by a single mother who was supporting four children, and that they were very poor, which is why she worked as a child actress, to help support the family.
In a September 2017 appearance on Chelsea, Thorne told Chelsea Handler that she was bullied growing up because she was dyslexic, lived in a suburban area and spoke Spanish as her native language.
In January 2018, Thorne said she had been sexually abused from a young age until she was 14. She did not identify her abuser.
Thorne was diagnosed with dyslexia in first grade. She was home-schooled after previously attending a public school, where she had been bullied. She improved in her learning after attending a Sylvan Learning center and began reading and writing a grade ahead. In an April 2010 interview with American Cheerleader magazine, she said she overcame dyslexia by rigorously reading everything she could find, including cereal box labels.

2003–2009: Dirty Sexy Money and My Own Worst Enemy

Thorne's first film appearance was an uncredited role as a sidelines fan in the 2003 film Stuck on You. She has since appeared in film and television projects including Entourage and The O.C. as a younger version of Taylor Townsend. In 2007, she joined the recurring cast of Dirty Sexy Money's second season, her first major television role. She played Margaux Darling. The series revolves around lawyer and family man Nick George when Nick's father mysteriously dies in a plane crash, he agrees to take his position as the Darling family's lawyer, while trying to discover who committed the murder. In 2008, Thorne starred alongside Christian Slater and Taylor Lautner in the short-lived drama series My Own Worst Enemy, for which she won a Young Artist's Award for her portrayal of the character Ruthy Spivey; Thorne described her Enemy casting as a major breakthrough as this was the first recurring role in her career. That same year, she starred in the third-last episode of October Road as Angela Ferilli, the pre-adolescence crush of the main characters. Her older brother Remy also guest-starred in the same episode as a younger Eddie Latekka.[citation needed]
In 2009, she starred the web series Little Monk, which depicted characters from the series Monk, as Wendy, one of the Monks' classmates. The webisodes are available only on the "Best of Monk" DVD. Also in 2009, she played the role of the vengeful antagonist in the horror film Forget Me Not. Thorne took on a supporting role in the family drama Raspberry Magic, the movie premiered at the Cinequest Film Festival and the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival in 2010.
2010–2013: Big Love and Shake It Up

In 2010, Thorne replaced Jolean Wejbe as Tancy "Teenie" Henrickson, Bill and Barb's younger daughter in Season 4 of HBO's Big Love. Thorne starred as co-star on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up, originally titled Dance, Dance Chicago. Thorne played CeCe Jones, a dancer with heavy ambitions for a career in the spotlight despite having dyslexia. The show is a buddy comedy centered on a teen dance show (in a show-within-a-show format) co-starring Thorne and Zendaya. The multi-camera series began production in Hollywood, California, in July 2010 and premiered on November 7, 2010, on Disney Channel. While she had a substantial portfolio of work in television and film, Thorne had no experience in professional dancing before being cast. After signing onto the show in October 2009, she began taking three dance classes every night. Thorne's first single, Watch Me was released on June 21, reaching 86 on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts, 9 on the US Top Heatseekers charts and earning RIAA: Gold. On September 29, 2011, Disney Channel announced it had increased Shake It Up's second season order to 26 episodes. A 90-minute special episode Made In Japan aired August 17, 2012, as the season two finale.
On June 4, 2012, Disney Channel announced that Shake It Up had been renewed for a third season. In 2012, Thorne was cast as Avalon Greene in the Disney Channel Original Movie Frenemies. TTYLXOX was released on March 6, reaching 97 on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts. On March 30, 2013, it was confirmed by Hollywood Records via Twitter that Thorne had officially signed to the record label. On July 25, 2013, the Disney Channel confirmed that Shake It Up would be canceled after the end of the third season. On April 23, 2013, Thorne announced her debut album with eleven songs. Thorne spoke about the album, saying "What fans can expect is [for it] just to be very different from anyone because I don't like to be one of those artists where you can be like: 'Oh yeah, I know them from that song.' All my songs are very different from each other. So I don't want to be known as only one genre." Thorne cited Britney Spears, Kesha, and Destiny's Child as influences for the album.

In 2014, Thorne co-starred in the comedy Blended, as Adam Sandler's character's daughter. She also co-starred in the films Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (2014) and The DUFF (2015), playing high school antagonists. On July 30, Thorne was cast in an episode of the fifteenth season of the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The episode, "The Book of Shadows", aired October 19, 2014. Thorne appeared in the sequel to Mostly Ghostly (2008), titled Mostly Ghostly: Have You Met My Ghoulfriend (2014) as Cammy Cahill. On October 15, Thorne revealed her debut album was canceled, saying she wasn't happy with the "auto-tuned bad music" she had in the works. She released an EP, Jersey, on November 17. The lead single from the EP, "Call It Whatever", debuted in the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs chart at number forty-seven, eventually rising to number ten, spending a total of ten weeks on the chart.
It was reported that Thorne had signed a new deal to write a series of books, beginning with her first novel, Autumn Falls. Thorne has signed on as one of the leads in Manis Film's thriller Big Sky; Thorne plays Hazel. On December 12, Thorne was cast in the MTV series Scream, which is a television adaptation based on the original slasher film series Scream. Thorne was offered the lead role of the series but felt that the role of the "mean, terrible Nina" would be more iconic. In 2015, Thorne was cast in the animated U.S. dub of the film The Frog Kingdom, portraying the role of Frog Princess. The film is scheduled to be released on video on demand and on DVD beginning on June 30, 2015, by Lionsgate Home Entertainment.

On June 1, 2015, it was announced that Thorne would star in the AwesomenessTV film Shovel Buddies, playing the role of Kate, the movie was released on iTunes in October 11, 2016. She will also play Jamie, a disillusioned teenager intensely guarding a personal secret, in the film Keep Watching.
Also in 2015, she appeared as Ashley, a young and famous singer in Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip. In 2016, Thorne played Rain in Tyler Perry's Boo! A Madea Halloween.
In 2017, Thorne went back to television with a drama series Famous in Love airing on Freeform where she played Paige Townsen, an ordinary college student, who gets her big break after auditioning for the starring role in a Hollywood blockbuster. In March 2017, Thorne joined the cast of the black comedy film, Assassination Nation which released in theaters on September 21, 2018. In the same year, Thorne starred in the Netflix original film, You Get Me. In October of that year, Thorne appeared in the slasher comedy The Babysitter, directed by McG and released directly to Netflix.
Thorne stars in the romantic drama Midnight Sun, based on the 2006 Japanese film of the same name. The film was released on March 23, 2018.
In August 2018, it was revealed that Thorne has officially returned to music and signed to Epic Records and began work on her debut album titled, What Do You See Now?, which is expected to release in sometime in 2019.
In February 2019, it was announced that Thorne will star alongside Jake Manley in the upcoming heist thriller film Southland.
In May 2019, it was reported that Thorne was cast in the science-fiction horror film, The Friendship Game.
In August 2019, Pornhub announced that Thorne would make her directorial debut on its network. The film is titled "Her & Him" and will be screened at The Oldenburg Film Festival September 11–20, 2019.

Thorne began her modeling career at six weeks old. She has appeared in over 30 commercials, including Neutrogena and Texas Instruments. Thorne is an avid supporter of the Humane Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Nomad Organization, which provides education, food and medical supplies to children in Africa. She also joined PETA in encouraging people to boycott and protest SeaWorld, acknowledging that as a child she appeared in a commercial for the theme park.
Personal life
Thorne started dating English actor Gregg Sulkin in 2015 and they moved in together in summer 2016. They broke up in August 2016 after more than a year together. In August 2016, Thorne came out initially as bisexual. She was in a polyamorous relationship with both musician Mod Sun and internet personality Tana Mongeau, dating Mongeau from September 2017 to February 2019. Since April 2019, Thorne has been in a relationship with Italian singer Benjamin Mascolo of pop duo Benji & Fede. In July 2019, Thorne eventually indentified herself as pansexual.
In June 2019, Thorne had intimate photos of herself hacked and was subsequently threatened with extortion by the hackers, leading her to release the photographs publicly.

香港希慎廣場LINE Friend Store
LINE，是一個由Naver集團旗下LINE株式會社所開發的即時通訊軟體綜合平台[1]，於2011年6月發表。用戶間可以通過網際網路在不額外增加費用情況下，與其他用戶傳送資訊及觀看直播，並可透過LINE使用購物、行動支付及獲取新聞資訊等功能。[2]
LINE服務性質相當於傳統電信商提供的多媒體簡訊或簡訊等服務或即時通訊之演進，並進一步演化爲整合各項生活機能的平台。
LINE軟體中的吉祥物爲LINE Friends，在日本有以LINE Friends為主題的「LINE」連載動畫與漫畫期刊在日本播映或出版，在全球各地設有LINE Store販賣LINE Friends相關周邊商品。
歷史
2011年6月，Naver創辦人李海珍因311大地震導致無法即時聯絡家人的想法，而在日本推出LINE即時通訊軟體，而其「讀取回條」功能，也是針對災難發生時，能第一時間確認人員安全而設計的。[3][4]
2012年2月，首次於臺灣推出，並以桂綸鎂為代言人[5][6][7][8][9]。同年3月，推出Windows及Macintosh版本[10][11]，12月，發布「LINE」的中文版本「連我」，並首次於中國大陸推出。[12]
2013年4月1日，NHN Japan公司更名為「LINE株式会社」，隨著韓國母公司NHN改組，LINE業務納入為Naver Corporation旗下的子公司。5月16日，成立臺灣分公司「韓商連加股份有限公司」（LINE Taiwan，後來成立臺灣連線股份有限公司，原連加股份有限公司復原登記）。5月10日，蘋果公司要求在其服務「App Store」中上架的軟體須遵守其分潤規範，因此LINE於5月10日結束iOS版的向好友贈送付費貼圖、購買贈送貼圖專用的代幣的功能，但Android系統使用者仍可繼續使用該功能。[13]10月1日，LINE Web Store服務在臺灣上推出。[14][15]
2016年7月15日，有網友發現LINE推出的限時免費貼圖在臺灣無法下載[16]。
2018年，東京地下鐵聯同大日本印刷及通訊應用程式Line聯手推出讓座配對服務應用程式，名為 「& HAND」，目標協助孕婦、長者、行動不便或視聽障者等有需要人士，在列車中找到「有心人」讓座[17]。
衍生產品
Line Out
Line Out 服務分為免費及付費服務，功能為使用Line直接撥打至行動電話號碼或室內電話號碼，免費的Line Out有每通電話的時數限制，如由日本撥打至美國的市內電話，可撥打一通5分鐘的免費通話，付費方式則有儲值型或月費型。目前可免費撥打的國家及地區如加拿大、美國、墨西哥、波多黎各、瑞典、德國、英國、西班牙、中國大陸、韓國、日本等多個國家及地區，其他國家及地區亦適用付費服務。[18]目前台灣地區因為法規限制，並無提供Line Out服務。
Line Pay
LINE Pay是一款在LINE所使用的電子付款方式。在台灣使用者必須先綁定信用卡，就能購買 LINE Pay 上所合作的商家商品或服務。Line與中國信託銀行合作推出了Line Pay信用卡及金融卡，2018年9月3日，與一卡通合作，推出「LINE Pay 一卡通帳戶」結合第三方支付功能。在日本則推出了由JCB發行的Line Pay卡。在泰國，LINE Pay 與提供大眾運輸系統及離線電子支付的 Rabbit Card 發行公司，BSS 金控集團合作提供 Rabbit LINE Pay 服務 。

Line Today是一款新聞及資訊服務，內建於 Line 程式中，提供使用者即時新聞資訊、體育賽事及娛樂電影資訊，也提供使用者留言交流功能，並可以透過Line Today訂購電影票。

Line Mobile 是 Line 提供的電信服務，提供消費者通話及行動網路服務。在台灣為遠傳電信配合，在日本為 Softbank 及 NTT Docomo 配合，泰國為 DTAC TriNet 合作提供服務。[19]

爭議
大韓民國國家情報院監聽
2014年6月18日，據日本媒體《FACTAオンライン》報導，在LINE上的通訊，皆會受到大韓民國國家情報院的監聽，韓國方面稱該行為一切合法。[24]2016年，LINE推出了訊息加密功能 （Letter Sealing），採用 E2EE 方式，除了聯絡的雙方以外，第三者包含 LINE 營運方都無法讀取相關訊息，也避免了監聽等行為。[25]
中國大陸地區封鎖事件
2014年7月1日晚間起，大陸地區的用戶突然無法連接伺服器，官方網站亦無法直接存取，但有網友表示翻牆後可以使用。連我翌日透過其官方微博表示，「現在LINE中國用戶出現了存取障礙，我們正在盡最大努力修復該問題。」[26]報導指LINE已被防火長城封鎖。[3][27]韓國未來創造科學部稱，中華人民共和國政府向南韓官員表示，有證據顯示LINE、KakaoTalk等即時通訊軟體已成為恐怖組織「策劃、煽動恐怖襲擊」的工具，因此被中國大陸的政府封鎖。[28][29] LINE隨後對Android及電腦客戶端作出幾次技術調整（版本升級），期間短時間可不翻牆存取[30]，隨後再次被封鎖。但是大陸地區以外手機號用戶不受影響。
敏感詞審查
在中國大陸的使用者，依據中華人民共和國法令規定，需存在敏感詞審查，會自動下載敏感詞庫，當輸入特定詞句將會彈出「你發送的訊息包含敏感詞，請調整後再發」的提示。LINE公司表示，在大陸地區以外用戶則不會，也不會經過任何審查程式，LINE公司絕對確保其他地區使用者的隱私權益。但相關系統亦整合於所有版本。[31]
智慧型手機電磁波問題
2013年9月，臺灣電磁輻射公害防治協會研究部分智慧型手機後發現在開啟LINE之後，智慧型手機所發出的電磁波就會劇增至50,000至60,000微瓦，傳送貼圖時會再升達97,000微瓦，有損害健康的疑慮[32]，但是西安電子科技大學電子工程學院教授侯健強指出，手機上網比不上網的電磁波輻射雖會稍大一些，但不會到萬倍的程度，且其測量方式存在有很大的問題，以隨機測試得到的資料不太準確。國立臺灣大學電機工程學系教授吳瑞北認為電磁安全規範下，不致影響人類的健康。[33]
詐騙與廣告入侵
由於台灣地區詐騙猖獗，據台灣蘋果日報報導一些非法集團利用此通訊軟體進行滲透。[34]

Instagram是Facebook公司旗下一款免費提供線上圖片及視訊分享的社交應用軟體，於2010年10月發布。它可以讓用戶用智慧型手機拍下相片後再將不同的濾鏡效果添加到相片上，然後分享到Facebook、Twitter、Tumblr及Flickr等社群網路服務、或是Instagram的伺服器上[7]。在英語國家簡稱insta[8]，台灣與香港通常簡稱IG，在中國大陸簡稱ins。
Instagram目前尚無官方的中文譯名，較廣泛的稱呼為即時電報[9][10][11][12][13][14][15]，因為Instagram的名稱取自「即時」（英語：instant）與「電報」（英語：telegram）兩個單詞的結合。創始人聲稱靈感來自於即時成像相機，且認為人與人之間的相片分享「就像用電線傳遞電報訊息」，因而將兩個單詞結合成軟體名稱[16]。
Instagram的一個顯著特點是用它拍攝的相片為正方形，類似寶麗來即時成像相機等復古相機拍攝的效果，而通常所使用的行動裝置的相機的縱橫比為4:3和16:9。2015年，在其7.5版本中，這一尺寸限制被取消[17]。
歷史

Instagram由凱文·斯特羅姆與麥克·克瑞格（英語：Mike Krieger）建立，並於2010年10月首次推出。該服務迅速得到普及，截止2014年12月已擁有超過3億註冊用戶（每月活躍用戶數約9,000萬）[18]。Instagram對應不同行動裝置平台可以分別透過App Store和Google Play商店下載[19]。軟體一開始只可用於iPhone，iPad和iPod Touch等裝置。2012年4月，軟體加入了對Android 2.2 Froyo系統手機的支援。2013年1月，Instagram表示沒有計劃將應用推廣至黑莓手機OS 7.0，但有可能推出適用於黑莓Z10和Q10的版本[20]。Instagram起初並沒有計劃提供Windows Phone技術支援[21]，然而2013年10月22日，凱文·斯特羅姆宣布推出Windows Phone版本的Instagram[22]。
2012年4月9日，社群網站服務巨頭Facebook宣布以10億美元的價格收購Instagram[23]。交易以3億美元現金加2,300萬股Facebook股票的方式進行[24]。
軟體起初僅有行動裝置用戶端而並未推出網頁版。2012年11月，Instagram推出與Facebook風格類似的網頁版本，但僅能檢視個人首頁及更新個人資料，不能搜尋及上傳相片[25]。2013年2月，Instagram推出功能完整的網站，加入了行動裝置用戶端除相片上傳以外的完整功能[26]。
軟體設計之初僅支援圖片分享，然而2013年6月，軟體加入了短影片分享的功能，允許用戶錄製並分享長度不超過15秒的短片[27]。此舉被一些人認為是Facebook意圖與Twitter的短片分享應用Vine競爭的行為[28][29][30][31]。
2010年12月，Instagram已有100萬註冊用戶[32]。2011年6月，Instagram宣布用戶人數達500萬人[33]。同年9月，用戶數達1,000萬人[34]。2012年4月，Instagram上的帳戶數超過了3,000萬個[35]。
2011年7月，Instagram宣布其用戶上傳至伺服器的相片數已超過1億張。同年8月，這個數字上升至1.5億[36][37]。到2012年5月，平均每秒就有58張相片上傳且新增一個用戶。總相片數已超過10億[38]。
2013年2月27日，Instagram在軟體發行兩年半時宣布活躍用戶數超過1億[39]。同年9月9日，活躍用戶數超過1.5億[40]。
2014年9月，Instagram在中國大陸被封鎖，此前它是中國大陸境內為數不多的仍可以使用的境外網際網路溝通服務[41]。
2016年3月，Instagram在Windows 10行動裝置平台中釋出正式版本的官方應用程式[42]。
2016年8月，Instagram推出限時動態功能，用戶可上傳相片，並在24小時後該圖片會自動消失。
2016年11月，Instagram宣布於同年12月取消相片地圖的功能。同月並推出直播功能，但僅限通過認證的公眾人物可以使用該功能。
2018年6月20日，月活躍用戶超過10億，是臉書旗下第四個續Facebook、WhatsApp及Messenger超過10億月活躍用戶的子公司，其中臉書於2017年6月已超越20億月活躍用戶。[43]
2018年9月24日，Instagram聯合創始人凱文·斯特羅姆（Kevin Systrom）和麥可·克里格（Mike Krieger）宣布辭職，並將在未來幾週內離開公司，同時任命產品副總裁亞當·莫塞里（Adam Mosseri）為Instagram新的負責人。[44]
2018年10月24日，派傑（英語：Piper Jaffray）投資公司最新調查顯示，美國85%青少年每月登入一次Instagram，首度超越Snapchat的84%；另外臉書則從2016年的60%降至28%，在美國最年輕的網路使用者中，已淪為最不受歡迎的媒體社群。[45]
功能
用戶可以在Instagram上分享相片及視訊，也可關注其他用戶的分享。用戶在將自己的帳號與其他社群網路帳號關聯後亦可分享至其他應用[46]。截至2013年10月，Instagram可關聯的社群網站包括Facebook、 Twitter、 Tumblr、 Flickr、 Foursquare、 Hipstamatic及Mixi（僅iOS日語用戶）、 新浪微博（僅iOS中文用戶）[47]。

使用條款爭議
2012年12月17日，Instagram更改其用戶使用條款，引發用戶的廣泛爭議。引起爭議的是條款中的一條稱：「用戶須同意商家可以付費從Instagram取得你的用戶名稱、個人喜好、相片（含相關資料）及/或你的活動而無需給付任何補償，這些內容與付費推廣內容相關。」而且並沒有選項供用戶在不刪除帳戶的情況下不同意更改後的使用條款[48]。
此舉受到了包括隱私倡導者以及消費者的嚴厲批評。《國家地理》雜誌官方帳號聲明暫停更新以抵制該新條款。「匿名者」組織也在Twitter號召Instagram用戶刪除帳號[49]。一天後，Instagram道歉，並刪除使用條款中有爭議的內容[50]。Instagram的聯合創始人Kevin Systrom回應了爭議，稱：
我們更新使用條款的目的是傳達這樣一個資訊：我們希望嘗試更適合Instagram的創新廣告機制。然而卻被很多人誤解以為是我們要出售你們的相片而不給任何補償。這是大家的誤解。條款措辭不夠明確是我們的錯誤。在此澄清：我們沒有意圖要出售你們的相片。我們正在更改使用條款上的措辭以明確表達我們的想法。[51]
內容審查和刪貼
Instagram曾多次被指審查用戶發表的內容。2013年10月，Instagram曾刪除加拿大攝影師佩特拉·柯林斯（Petra Collins）的帳戶，原因是她上傳的相片中可以看到比基尼泳衣下露出的陰毛[52]。2015年1月，Instagram以同樣的理由刪除一家澳大利亞攝影工作室的帳戶。Instagram在用戶協定中寫明禁止裸體和色情內容，但其標準難以判斷。此前，美國男歌手賈斯汀·比伯發表的類似露出陰毛的相片則未被刪除。引起爭議的相片主角指出，Instagram對男性露出陰毛相片的審查力度遠小於女性的露陰毛照。部分網友在Instagram上亦發起「#解放陰毛」（#FreeTheBush）的話題。Instagram發言人隨後坦承對於「裸露」的判定並不能確保準確，之後恢復該攝影室的帳戶[53]。Instagram對男女裸露相片的審查力度不一也引發部分網友不滿。「解放乳頭」（#FreeTheNipple）運動就曾指責Instagram對女性露乳照的審查。該運動認為Instagram只刪除女性露出乳頭的相片，而保留男性的類似相片是雙重標準。對此Instagram解釋稱這一標準是因蘋果公司的審查標準嚴格所致，稱雖然「支援藝術自由」，但為了能讓17歲以下的用戶正常使用，不得不做出如此的內容審查[54]。Instagram還曾多次刪除女性藝術家露皮·考爾（Rupi Kaur）露出經血的藝術相片，稱相片違反用戶協定，遭到指責。考爾認為相片中自己衣著完整得體，僅露出一點經血就被刪除，是父權社會中厭女症的表現。隨後Instagram表示相片是被「誤刪」，向考爾致歉並恢復相片[55]。
Instagram還對一些話題的搜尋做出封鎖處理。用戶搜尋類似「#裸體」（#nude）、「#大麻」（#weed）、「#性」（#sex）、「#色情片」（#porn）等話題時，Instagram會顯示「無結果」。「#iPhone」、「#Instagram」等話題使用量極大且內容寬泛，Instagram為防止有人利用此發布垃圾廣告，也封鎖類似話題的搜尋。但Instagram封鎖話題的標準不一，引發爭議。例如「#內褲」（#underwear）話題被封鎖，但類似的「#白色三角褲」（#tightywhities）卻被允許；「#奶子」（#boobs）被封鎖，但另一拼寫方式的「#boobz」則被允許。Instagram還封鎖帶有種族歧視色彩的話題，但標準不一也引發批評。例如「nigger」（針對黑人的歧視性詞語）、「kike」（針對猶太人的歧視性詞語）、「spic」（針對拉美裔/西班牙裔的歧視性詞語）等詞被封鎖，而針對亞裔的歧視性詞彙「chink」雖一度被禁，但之後又取消封鎖，被指審查標準不一，此後Instagram又將這一詞語封鎖[56]。Instagram一度對「#瘦人勵志」（#thinspiration）等可能引起用戶自殘或進食障礙的話題也封鎖搜尋，但之後取消封鎖，並在返回搜尋結果的同時時給出全國飲食障礙協會（National Eating Disorders Association）的連結[57]。

使用平台

封鎖

2013年5月10日起，許多中國大陸用戶在社群網站中抱怨，連接中國移動的網路通道後Instagram應用「無法重新整理動態」，官方網站無法存取，但用戶使用中國其它的運營商網路（比如中國聯通、中國電信）或通過翻牆則可以正常使用，疑似Instagram被中國移動單方面封鎖（參見中華人民共和國被封鎖網站列表）。
2014年7月7日，有媒體報導稱Instagram從中國大陸絕大多數第三方Android應用程式商店中下架，下架原因尚不明確，但用戶仍然可以在論壇或其他軟體下載網站上較為容易地下載到Instagram；而iOS的App Store中仍可以正常下載[65]。
2014年9月28日起，Instagram在中國遭到全面封鎖，原因疑是香港雨傘革命的圖片在Instagram上流傳。目前使用https連接仍然無法正常使用[66][67][68]。
2013年12月30日，Instagram在伊朗遭到封鎖，但封鎖僅持續了12小時即解封。伊朗官員否認有任何不當行為，其國營電信公司也稱並未封鎖此應用[69]。
2014年5月23日，伊朗以「隱私問題」為由，宣布封鎖Instagram[70][71]。
2017年2月26日，Instagram行動應用程式在中國大陸部分地區疑似被解封，大量用戶反映可以連接[來源請求]。
目前，中國大陸Instagram行動應用程式無法顯示圖片，網站則完全不可存取。

Principal photographybegan on October 20, 2014, in New Orleans, Louisiana. After poor test screenings, re-shoots took place in December 2016 under executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer, writer Laeta Kalogridis and new director Danny Cannon.The film is the first co-production between Skydance Mediaand Warner Bros.The film was released by Warner Bros. in the United States on October 20, 2017, in 2D, Real D 3D and IMAX 3D. Despite grossing $221 million worldwide the film was labeled a box office bomb given its $120 million budget, losing the studio $74 million, and received negative reviews, with criticism focused on the "uninspiring" story and "lackluster" visual effects.
Plot
In 2019, following many catastrophic natural disasters, an international coalition commissions a system of climate-controllingsatellites called "Dutch Boy", named after the story of Hans Brinker. After Dutch Boy neutralizes a typhoon in Shanghai, a Senate sub-committee reprimands chief architect Jake Lawson, because he brought "Dutch Boy" online (without authorization) and replaces him with his brother Max, who works under Secretary of State Leonard Dekkom.
Three years later, a UN team stationed in the Registan Desertcomes across a frozen village. Makmoud Habib, an Indian engineer working on the International Climate Space Station (ICSS), copies data from the Afghanistansatellite onto a hard drive before being unexpectedly ejected into space. After convincing President Andrew Palma to conduct an investigation, Max persuades Jake to go to the ICSS to investigate. Another satellite increases temperatures in Hong Kong, causing gas explosions that nearly kill Max's college friend Cheng Long, the head of Dutch Boy's Hong Kong department.
Jake arrives at ICSS to examine the malfunctioning satellites (which are damaged afterwards and their data erased) with station commander Ute Fassbinder and her crew. They recover the hard drive, but hide it from the crew, suspecting a traitor, and examine the data, discovering that a virus has wiped out everyone's login access to the satellite and is causing the malfunctions. Suspecting Palma is using Dutch Boy as a weapon, Jake tells Max he needs to reboot the system to eliminate the virus which requires the kill code held by Palma. The ICSS staff neutralize malfunctioning satellites by deliberately knocking them offline via collisions with replacement satellites.
Back on Earth, Cheng discovers he and Max have lost login access and warns Max of a global cataclysm known as a "Geostorm" if the malfunction continues. Cheng is pursued to Washington, D.C.by a team of rogue government agents, who ultimately cause his death in a traffic incident, but not before he says "Zeus". Discovering Project Zeus simulates extreme weather patterns to create a Geostorm, Max enlists his girlfriend, Secret Service agent Sarah Wilson, to acquire the code.
During the Democratic National Convention (DNC) at Orlando's Moxley Arena, Max discovers Orlando is next to be targeted after a massive hailstorm hits Tokyo and part of Rio de Janeirofreezes over.
The ICSS team loses control of all operations as the virus initiates the self-destruct program. As more disasters strike around the world (including tornadoes in Mumbai, a heatwave in Moscow and a megatsunami in Dubai), Jake realizes Duncan is the traitor. In the ensuing confrontation, Duncan accidentally ejects himself into space while Jake escapes. As the crew evacuates, Jake stays behind to ensure the reboot completes.
Max requests Dekkom's help, but Dekkom instead tries unsuccessfully to kill Max, unveiling himself as the saboteur; Max immediately informs Sarah. The two kidnap Palma to protect him from Dekkom's agents and secure the kill code, which is Palma's biometrics. As they escape from the DNC stadium before a lightning storm destroys it, Max reveals their activities and Dekkom's treachery to Palma. After outsmarting Dekkom's mercenaries, the three arrest and confront Dekkom about his intentions: to decimate the other elected officials in America's line of succession, giving him the chance to dominate the world while eliminating America's enemies at the same time. Max and Sarah escort Palma to the Kennedy Space Center, where they transmit the code but learn that the self-destruct sequence cannot be stopped.
Jake and Ute, who also stayed behind, work together to reboot the system, eliminating the virus and transferring satellite control to NASA, preventing the Geostorm at the last second. The two take shelter in a replacement satellite as the self-destruct sequence completes and use its thrusters as a beacon. A nearby shuttle piloted by crew member Hernandez picks them up. Six months later, Jake works as the head engineer for Dutch Boy once more, which is now administered by an international committee.

Production
As Dean Devlinexplained climate change to his daughter Hannah, she asked why a machine could not be built to fix that. Devlin went on to imagine such a thing, and how it could be used for evil purposes. As he struggled to develop his script, he asked the help of Paul Guyot, specially to write the brother dynamics. In 2013, Skydance Productionspurchased the filming rights.After Skydance's distributing partner Paramount Pictures put the project into turnaround, Geostorm was pitched and accepted by Warner Bros.Pre-productionbegan on July 7, 2014. With an initial budget of $82 million,principal photographybegan on October 20, 2014, in New Orleans, Louisiana,and lasted through February 10, 2015.Filming began on Loyola Avenue on the first day.Some NASA scenes were filmed at a NASA Rocket Factory in New Orleans in November 2014 and January 2015.
After poor test screenings in December 2015, $15 million reshoots were conducted in Louisiana in early December 2016, under new producer Jerry Bruckheimer, writer Laeta Kalogridis and director Danny Cannon. Winnick's role was recast with Julia Denton during reshoots, while new characters were added into the script.
Marketing
On October 16, 2017, Warner Bros. released a prank video on its YouTube channel. In the video, a New York taxicabdrives into an ice storm affected city block, much to the shock of its passengers.
Release
The film was originally set for release on March 25, 2016, but in August 2014, Warner set this date for the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justiceinstead. On December 11, 2014, WB shifted its live-action animated film Mowgli to 2017 and gave its previous date from March 25, 2016, then October 21, 2016, to Geostorm. In September 2015, the studio again moved back the film from October 21, 2016, to January 13, 2017. In June 2016, the studio announced the release had been moved back from January 13, 2017, to October 20, 2017. The film had an IMAX 3D release.

Geostormgrossed $33.7 million in the United States and Canada, and $187.7 million in other territories, for a worldwide total of $221.4 million, against a production budget of $120 million.
In North America, the film was released alongside Boo 2! A Madea Halloween, The Snowman and Only the Brave, and was expected to gross $10–12 million from 3,246 theaters in its opening weekend. After not holding Thursday night preview screenings, the film made $4.2 million on Friday. It went on to debut to $13.3 million, finishing second at the box office. The week after its release, it was reported the film would likely lose the studio around $100 million.In March 2018, Deadline Hollywoodcalculated the film lost the studio $71.6 million, when factoring together all expenses and revenues.
Critical response
On review aggregatorwebsite Rotten Tomatoes, the film holds an approval rating of 14% based on 83 reviews, and an average rating of 3.57/10. The site's critical consensus reads, "Lacking impressive visuals, well-written characters, or involving drama, Geostorm aims for epic disaster-movie spectacle but ends up simply being a disaster of a movie." On Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating to reviews, the film has a weighted average score of 21 out of 100, based on 22 critics, indicating "generally unfavorable reviews".Audiences polled by CinemaScoregave the film an average grade of "B−" on an A+ to F scale, while PostTrak reported filmgoers gave it a 67% overall positive score and a 49% "definite recommend".
Peter Sobczynski of RogerEbert.comgave the film one-and-a-half out of four stars, stating that "the real disappointment about [Geostorm] is that it doesn’t even work as the camp suggested by the trailer.... [T]hey lack the lavish visual pyrotechnics nor the wit or style to make any of the destruction slightly memorable."Mark Kermode of the Kermode and Mayo's Film Review radio program stated that the film "takes stupid to a whole new level.... Honestly, and I say this, I think it's the stupidest film I have ever seen", emphasizing that "it's more stupid than Angels and Demons, and that's not a phrase I thought I'd ever say out loud".
