 When I met L-SS in CL, I was a beautiful girl. I was in contact with my colleagues because of my work relationship. I fell in love with my colleague, because the male family looked down on their academic qualifications.  One time I came to work and wore hot pants, and his legs were particularly white and particularly eye-catching.  L-SS dodges consciously and finds it fun.  L-SY is a little girl who reported earlier than me. There is only one unit, sitting next to it, and sometimes chatting a few words.  After adjusting the unit, I met L-CY who was in love with Gao Caisheng and was the aunt of another colleague.  Later, they were also lucky.  Seeing that piece of white while assisting in work was also blushing.

 At the end of the project, the unit was adjusted and a woman Y-LH was encountered, but none of them could get on line.

 Across the unit, I met couples in the same unit, and sometimes chatted a few words. Some children later heard about divorce.

 The readjustment unit met C-HY and was kind, a wife of a colleague. When he helped the work and saw the white, he had to turn his head.  When transferring, inform <commemorative photo of a group photo> and answer <men and women cannot take photos alone>.

 Afterwards, there are only one girl M when there are few people.  I just wanted to learn the name of others, but it was corrected.  After getting acquainted, he often helped him take pictures and assisted him in his work, becoming dependent on each other and feeling like brothers and sisters.

 When I returned to Unit C, the girl sat farther away. F-WF informed me that I was going to study Erji and thank me.  I often go to sit idle, once I sit for too long and become a rejected household, I go with my colleagues once, and I yell <roll>.

 The newly-adjusted female colleague M-GS, a mother with two daughters, has been in the high school unit for a long time, transferred to the C area, assisted to adapt, and also established friendship.

 It is not very convenient to adjust the J-CT to sit next to it, but it can only adapt.

 The relationship between men and women does not exceed the limit, and friendship will last forever!

In many instances, milestones do not impact project duration. Instead, they focus on major progress points that must be reached to achieve success.

Using milestones in scheduling

Milestones can add significant value to project scheduling. When combined with a scheduling methodology such as Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) or the Critical Path Method (CPM), milestones allow project managers to much more accurately determine whether or not the project is on schedule. By constraining the dates associated with milestones, the critical path can be determined for major schedule intervals in addition to the entire project. Slack/float can also be calculated on each schedule interval. This segmentation of the project schedule into intervals allows earlier indication of schedule problems and a better view into the activities whose completion is critical.
Milestones are like dashboard reviews of a project. Number of activities which were planned at the beginning of the project with their individual timelines are reviewed for their status. It also gives an opportunity to check the health of the project.
Milestones are frequently used to monitor the progress, but there are limitations to their effectiveness. They usually show progress only on the critical path, and ignore non-critical activities. It is common for resources to be moved from non-critical activities to critical activities to ensure that milestones are met. This gives the impression that the project is on schedule when actually some activities are being ignored.

世界協調時間（英語：Coordinated Universal Time，法語：Temps Universel Coordonné，簡稱UTC）是最主要的世界時間標準，其以原子時秒長為基礎，在時刻上儘量接近於格林威治標準時間。中華民國採用CNS 7648的《資料元及交換格式–資訊交換–日期及時間的表示法》（與ISO 8601類似）稱之爲世界協調時間。中華人民共和國採用ISO 8601:2000的國家標準GB/T 7408-2005《數據元和交換格式 信息交換 日期和時間表示法》中亦稱之為協調世界時。

世界協調時間是世界上調節時鐘和時間的主要時間標準，它與0度經線的平太陽時相差不超過1秒^[5]，並不遵守夏令時。世界協調時間是最接近格林威治標準時間（GMT）的幾個替代時間系統之一。對於大多數用途來說，UTC時間被認為能與GMT時間互換，但GMT時間已不再被科學界所確定。
世界協調時間（UTC）正式形成於1960年國際無線電諮詢委員會的374號建議中^[6]，該建議由多國時間實驗室共同提出。人們對該時間系統進行過數次調整，直到1972年引入了閏秒機制，調整工作得以簡化。也有很多人提議用一個沒有閏秒的時間系統來替換掉世界協調時間，但目前尚未就此達成一致。

機理

世界協調時間把時間分為天、小時、分鐘和秒。通常，天是使用格里曆（公曆）定義的，但也能使用儒略日。每天包含24小時，每小時包含60分鐘。一分鐘通常有60秒，但加入了隨機的閏秒後，一分鐘可能是61秒或59秒^[12]。因此，在UTC系統的時間尺度中，秒和比秒小的單位（毫秒、微秒等）其長度是固定的，但是對於分鐘和比分還大的單位（小時、天、周等），其長度是可變的。國際地球自轉服務組織（IERS）做出插入閏秒的決定，並至少在加入前6個月發布在該組織的「公告C」中^[13][14] 。閏秒是無法提前很早預知的，因為地球的自轉速率是不可預測的^[15]。

幾乎所有的UTC天都包含 86,400 SI秒，即每分鐘正好有60秒。然而，由於一個平太陽日比 86,400 SI秒稍微長一些，偶爾會有一個UTC天的最後一分鐘被調整為61秒。多出的這一秒被稱為閏秒，它體現了上一閏秒後比平太陽日多出來的全部時長（大約每天2毫秒）。一個UTC天的最後一分鐘也可以是59秒，以此來適應地球自轉得更快的情況，但是這樣的可能性很小，至今還沒有出現過。UTC天的長度不規則意味著帶小數的儒略日和UTC時間不能很好的對應。
為了保證世界協調時間很接近世界時UT1，UTC從基於TAI的線性方程轉變成另一方程時，偶爾會出現不連續點。這些不連續點以閏秒的形式體現出來，這些不連續點就是造成了UTC天的長度不規則的閏秒。IERS規定不連續點僅出現在6月或12月底，但也有規定將3月或者9月作為備選^[16] [17]。國際地球自轉服務組織(IERS)跟蹤並公布UTC時間和世界時的差別，即DUT1 = UT1 - UTC，另外，IERS也負責引入不連續的閏秒來保證它們的時間差DUT1在±0.9秒之間。
由於時間膨脹效應，不在大地基準面或者快速運動的的標準時鐘，將不會和UTC時間保持同步。因此，在必要的時候，從大地基準面時鐘有確定關係的時鐘那裡獲取的遙感信號，可以用來提供UTC時間，比如裝在太空飛行器等位置上的時鐘。
如果查詢不到描述兩UTC時刻之間閏秒數量的列表，就不可能計算出這段時間內的精確時差。相應的，計算出一段以未來時刻為終點的時間間隔的時差也是不可能的，因為其中可能包含了數量不定的閏秒(比如，「現在」和「2099-12-31 23:59:59」之間有多少TAI秒)。因此，許多要求長期(多年)高精度測量的科學應用使用TAI來代替UTC時間。TAI也經常被用在不能處理閏秒的系統中。GPS時總是恰好比TAI時落後19秒(TAI時和GPS時都不受UTC中引入的閏秒影響)。
